Origin: France, champagne
The three classic vines of the Champagne region, pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay, are found in equal proportions to give life to this Brut, product of the Théophile line with which the Louis Roederer maison pays homage to that Champagne “Théo” that depopulated at Paris in the alleys of Montparnasse during the 1930s.
It has a straw yellow color with fine and persistent perlage. The nose perceives notes of yellow fruit, enriched with nuances of pastry, yeast and slightly toasted cocoa bean. In the mouth it is harmonious, thanks to a marked acidity which makes the sip pleasantly round.
