2017 Domaine Bachelet-Monnot Chassagne-Montrachet

The 2017 Chassagne-Montrachet Village offers up notes of honeyed peach, orchard fruit, spices and white flowers. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied, tangy and tight-knit, with appealing purity and a stony finish. This will likely flesh out with further élevage and land at the upper end of my bracketed score.
