Klaver is a famous Dutch family farm run by two brothers that consistently makes top-quality cheese. Not only do they make cow milk cheese, they are even more famous for their goat cheese. As a matter of fact their goat cheese Sikkepit was just voted best goat cheese in The Netherlands. It is an aged white goat cheese, ripened for 12 months. Farmer Klaver is known for good caretaking of their animals, who are all free range. It has been proven that animals who produce milk in good conditions may not produce as much milk but the quality of the cheese that is made from it is remarkable.
